It's a weird thing to love so much, but I love cauliflower, specifically my Mom's Chinese-ish cauliflower dish. It's kind of a salad, and involves rice vinegar, chili peppers, soy sauce, sesame oil, and usually some other stuff depending on what's in the fridge and cabinet.
